How do I choose the right racket weight and grip size?
Rackets are categorized by weight (U) and grip size (G). For beginners, we recommend a 4U racket for better control. Grip sizes typically range from G4 to G5; choose based on your hand size for maximum comfort and maneuverability.
Do you offer professional stringing services?
Yes, all our rackets can be custom-strung by our certified professionals. You can select your preferred string type and tension (lbs) on the product page before adding the item to your cart.
What is your return policy on badminton gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that rackets that have been custom-strung or have had the factory grip plastic removed cannot be returned.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If you have requested custom stringing, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for processing before your order is dispatched.
Are your products 100% authentic?
Absolutely. Nexus Badminton is an authorized dealer for all brands we carry, including Yonex, Victor, and Li-Ning. Every racket comes with a unique serial number that can be verified with the manufacturer.
