At Nexus Badminton, we are committed to your performance on the court and offer a 30-day return window for all unused gear in its original packaging. Please note that rackets with custom stringing or grip modifications are ineligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Nexus account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring racket heads are protected and all tags remain attached to apparel or bags.
Ship to Nexus
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
